Banana Shire Airports

GPP Advisory is strategic and needs analysis advice to Banana Shire Council for the expansion of Thangool (Biloela) and Taroom Airports, as well as a strategic review of its other aerodrome assets.



Europcar Car Rental Facility, Brisbane Airport

GPP Project Services has been retained as the project manager for the design, approval and delivery of the new Europcar Car Rental Facility at Brisbane Airport due to be delivered in 2012. This involves managing the entire process of design, tendering to builders, seeking approvals, and overseeing delivery to completion.



Hertz Car Rental Facility, Brisbane Airport

GPP Project Services has been retained as the project manager for the design, approval and delivery of the new Hertz Car Rental Facility at Brisbane Airport (this will be the largest such facility for Hertz in Australia) due to be delivered in 2012. This involves managing the entire process of design, tendering to builders, seeking approvals, and overseeing delivery to completion.



'Precinct 8' Commercial Office Development, Brisbane Airport

Gateway Project Partners has been retained as the Development Manager for the exciting new commercial office campus project at Brisbane Airport Village. Approved for office development and serviced ready for construction, the precinct is ideally situated within a close walk of all public transport and retail and support service amenity (www.airportvillage.com.au). The precinct will accommodate up to 30,000m2 of office space when completed. We have engaged the services of leading architects Donovan Hill + BVN, and agents RW Commercial Asset Leasing. The project is due for formal launch in Q2 2012.



Bundaberg Regional Airport

GPP Advisory is providing commercial advice to Bundaberg Regional Council for landing fees and charges, and general commercial and strategic advice.



Roma Regional Airport

Gateway Project Partners has been retained as the landside advisor for Roma Regional Airport, in conjunction with leading airside consultancy Aviation Projects.



Ballina / Byron Gateway Airport & Southern Cross Industrial Estate

Gateway Project Partners has been retained as the landside land use planner for the Ballina / Byron Gateway Airport since December 2010. GPP has completed Design & Development Guidelines, land use planning, co-ordinated traffic and carpark planning. GPP has now been retained by Ballina Shire Council to undertake a masterplanning exercise for the adjoining Industrial Estate, with particular emphasis on its integration into the Airport and commercial development strategy.



Gladstone Regional Airport

Gladstone Regional Airport Gateway Project Partners has assisted leading landside consultancy Mactaggart & Co in its role as landside masterplanner for the Gladstone Regional Airport.



Murwillumbah Aerodrome

Gateway Project Partners has been retained as the landside land use planner for the Murwillumbah Aerodrome, in conjunction with leading airside consultancy Aviation Projects.

Gateways Project Partners has been retained to project manage the design and construction of new offices for Sunshine Coast Airport Management.


 


National Airports Commission (Papua New Guinea)

Following an international tender process, Gateway Project Partners was appointed as the Strategic Property Advisor for the Port Moresby International Airport (PMIA). This role involves the preparation of a commercial property masterplan, a business & resourcing plan for the property department, financial options analysis, marketing plan and a prioritised development plan.

PMIA is Papua New Guinea's major gateway airport with 1.1M passengers per year.

Schiphol Real Estate (Netherlands) (2006)

Gateway Project Partners was appointed by leading international airport real estate group Schiphol Real Estate (Netherlands) as the bid leader for an Australian Airport property portfolio (AUD 150m).

This role required the assembling of a team to complete valuation, legal and tax analysis, 10 and 40 year cash flow analysis, preparation of an airport property business case and bid submission.
